30-Day Money Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Any undamaged product purchased from can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the order being received. Please contact our customer service team via email at to confirm the return address and RMA authorization number. Once your return has been received and processed we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

The refund will include the purchase price of the returned product and any associated sales tax. The shipping charge associated with the original purchase will not be refunded.

Additional terms and conditions:

● Only items that have been purchased directly from FOSOO through can be returned to FOSOO. Items purchased through FOSOO’s authorized resellers and distributors must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
● You must provide your FOSOO store order number to initiate a return. For items received as a gift, you will need to provide the order number received by the purchaser. FOSOO is only able to issue a refund to the original payment method used by the purchaser.
● Items must be returned with all included accessories and original packaging.
● For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. And the shipping charge associated with your original purchase will not be refunded. FOSOO only refunds the cost of the product itself.
● For quality related warranty claims, FOSOO will provide a prepaid return shipping label that you can use to ship your return to us. You will not be charged for the return shipping cost. However, the shipping charge associated with your original purchase will not be refunded.
● Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window.
● Product returns must be through one of our approved shipping methods; our customer service team can provide you with further details.

1 Year Limited Warranty

All quality-related defects on products sold directly by FOSOO are covered by a one-year limited warranty, beginning on the date of purchase. 

Defective products will be replaced with a new model, a refurbished model of equal value or, if both are unavailable, the model nearest to the original model's form, functionality, and performance. In situations where a replacement is not an available or preferred option, FOSOO will offer a partial refund according to the usage time of the device.
Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded.

Additional terms and conditions:

● You must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
● The defective item’s serial number and/or visible proof depicting the defect are required.
● It may be necessary to return an item for quality inspection.
● For defective items that FOSOO needs to have returned, warranties on those replacements are voided if the wrong item is returned to FOSOO or if the defective item is not returned.

Not Covered Under Warranty:

● Brush heads.
● Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase).
● Products submitted beyond the original one-year limited warranty period.
● Products submitted without valid proof of purchase.
● Products purchased not directly through
● Products received without charge in a FOSOO giveaway or donation, or as samples.
● Products repaired by anyone who is not from FOSOO Maintenance Center or an authorized maintenance branch.
● Products that are lost or stolen.
● Damage or malfunction caused by misuse, abuse or improper maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, or use with equipment with which it is not intended to be used.
● Surface damage by manmade factors, like fall, burn, distortion by force, etc.
● Accidental damage occurs during transportation (please confer with the insurance agency or transportation company on the compensation).
● Malfunction or damage caused by natural calamities, like earthquake, lightning strike, etc.

Warranty Process

Please follow our warranty process to minimize any delays:

1. Please contact our customer service team via email at or live chat first if your product has an issue. 
2. Describe the problem with your item in detail: What happened? When? How? Please also state your full order number and product code (SKU number).
3. Tell us what steps you have already taken to resolve the issue.
4. Send a clear photo or video showing the defect(s), which should ideally be clear and focused.
